The Mystic
Regina Ford had been running from her Destiny for over twenty years. Destiny caught up to her in the front of her police car when her police partner slid into the front seat. The Symbol of Salem is floating above his head. It was greyed out, like a kompad button, and unusable. Her curiosity outweighed her good sense when she asked, "May I ask you a personal question?" And with that, Destiny had her on the back the path she was meant to walk.

I was kidnapped when I was nine. I was told that my entire family had died in a car accident. I believed him because I couldn't remember a thing. Regina Ford, my police partner, revealed that I'm a Prince of Salem and that my family didn't die, and I am a magick wielder. I've since discovered that the man I'd known as Jonathan Smythe, my uncle, wasn't my uncle at all, but my kidnapper. Regina gave me my blood family back, and now I have to find out if Jonathan Smythe worked alone, or did he have accomplices? I'm remembering who I was and trying to mesh it with who I became: a police detective. I'm getting reacquainted with my magick, my town, and my family. Now, I have to find out who in Caledonia, New Atlantis, helped Jonathan Smythe kidnap me.
